5. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number(s).

• If you have answered the question correctly, you will be entered into the prize draw—good luck!
• If you have not answered correctly, you will not be entered into the draw.

What if I haven’t received an email confirming my entry?
If you haven’t received an email confirming your entry, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We offer a free postal entry route. Simply send your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the answer to the competition question to us at: Too Much Competitions, PO BOX 81545, London, SW11 9TB 

• All postal entries must be sent by first or second class post.
• Bulk entries are not accepted and will be counted as a single entry.
• You can enter as many times as the competition’s maximum entry limit allows. However, each free entry must be sent separately.

Absolutely! You can enter as many competitions as you’d like, as long as you follow the rules and entry limits for each competition.

It’s disappointing, we know. But it is a competition! Incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw. You will still be charged for entry, but you can also try again.

If you are a winner, we will contact you by phone within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If any of your contact details have changed before the closing date, you must let us know as we will try to contact you with the information you have given us.

Up-to-date contact information is very important! If we can’t contact you within 14 days of the competition’s closing date, you won’t be able to claim the prize. You can check and manage your details through your Account.

The competition’s closing date and Live Draw times can be found on the entry page for each competition. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time, regardless of how many tickets are sold.

If a LIVE Draw that you’ve entered does not sell out, don’t worry—the draw will still take place as scheduled! 

• Guaranteed Draw: Each draw is guaranteed to occur on the date and time shown on the competition’s entry page, regardless of the number of tickets sold.
• Valid Tickets: All purchased tickets remain valid, and we’ll use a random number generator to select a winner. If the first generated number corresponds to an unsold ticket, we’ll generate another until we have a winner.

For instant win competitions, if prizes remain unclaimed within the competition’s timeframe, they will unfortunately be forfeited. However, every ticket purchased will still be included in the End Prize draw (if applicable).

You must be 18 years or older to enter, as well as a resident of England, Wales or Scotland. 

We can’t accept entries from outside the U.K. as other countries’ laws for running competitions vary, and ours have been organised to comply with national laws.

Yes, delivery is free for all our prizes. There are no hidden charges—you only pay for your competition entry.

We offer 4 convenient options for receiving your prize:

1. Courier Delivery: We’ll arrange for your prize to be dispatched quickly and securely through trusted delivery couriers.
2. Self-Collection: You’re welcome to collect your prize in person from our London location.
3. Personal Delivery: For select prizes, we’ll deliver them ourselves to ensure safe handling and provide a personal touch.
4. Cash Transfer: If you win a tax free cash prize, we’ll transfer the amount directly to your bank account.

Once you’re confirmed as a winner, we’ll contact you to discuss the best option for your prize.

If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. That means you can do whatever you want with it, including selling it or gifting it to a very lucky friend!
