What if a competition does not sell out?

If a LIVE Draw that you’ve entered does not sell out, don’t worry—the draw will still take place as scheduled! 

• Guaranteed Draw: Each draw is guaranteed to occur on the date and time shown on the competition’s entry page, regardless of the number of tickets sold.
• Valid Tickets: All purchased tickets remain valid, and we’ll use a random number generator to select a winner. If the first generated number corresponds to an unsold ticket, we’ll generate another until we have a winner.

For instant win competitions, if prizes remain unclaimed within the competition’s timeframe, they will unfortunately be forfeited. However, every ticket purchased will still be included in the End Prize draw (if applicable).
